The following guidelines outline the “minimum attributes” an individual in an executive vice presidential role should be capable of exhibiting. Because the five cited areas all have such a profound impact on organizational success, they should be used to evaluate the organizations current executive staff… and when selecting individuals for future executive positions. Building and maintaining a solid executive staff, is a “very key strategy” toward attaining organizational sustainability and growth.
